Required qualification & experience and salary packages are described below:-
1. Positionঃ- DGM (Q.C.)
Qualification: B.Sc in Engineering (Electrical/Electrical & Electronics).
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Testing / Quality Assurance/Quality Control and In-process testing in manufacturing plant of Medium/ High/ and Extra High Voltage cables in Electrical Wires & Cables Manufacturing Company's Laboratory to
perform all kinds of Test.
*Responsible for making daily Quality Plan to check the quality In-process as per relevant Standard.
*Responsible for Calibration of Testing Equipment/Instruments in Lab as well as Machinery in floor. The experience of EHV up to 400 KV cables in Cables Manufacturing Company will be added as advantage.
*Be knowledgeable of safety, product quality, testing, test parameters, inventory and stewardship processes, Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
*Must have adequate computer literacy with ERP System.
2. Position : DGM (Design)
Qualification: B.Sc in Engineering(Electrical/Electrical & Electronics).
Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in Design & Development and Testing of LT, MV, HV and EHV Power Cable in Cables Manufacturing Company.
*Responsible for Design & Development of LT, MV,HV& EHV Cable as per different standard and also preparing Data sheet, GTP,QAP & Manufacturer Standard as well as customer specifications, calculate the size of cable as per projects customer requirement.
*Providing Schematic line diagram in Auto Cad for actual laying and installation condition shall follow ISO 9001:2015 procedure/guidelines/rules.
*Technical Support on sales activities of LV,MV,HV& EHV cables by providing optimum cable design meeting customer's
specifications as well as provides after sales services to customers.
*Initiate and follow-up all product designing activities (Design and Development) to ensure new products are produced according product design. Activities include identification of requirements for products based on projects and products as per customers Specification: Defining input parameters, acceptance criteria, test limits, verification, approving and releasing the final design of the products in the form of Design Sheet (DS) for production.
3. Position : Manager (Costing) Qualification: Masters in Cost Management/M.Com in Accounting from any reputed University.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Costing/Cost Management in any reputed manufacturing Industry.
*Experience on costing in any Cable Industry will be added advantage.
*Candidates should have knowledge of costing and control efforts.
*Ensure costing of raw material, man, machine and overhead used to manufacture cables.
*Ensure calculation of costing of each order (as per instructions). Costing analysis and reporting.
*Must have adequate computer literacy with ERP System.
Age Limit: 35-45 years. Age relaxation may be permitted if the candidates posses any specialization.
Salary :Attractive Salary with other fringe benefits shall be offered but expected salary should be mentioned.
